About 4550 Cordova Bay Rd
I am a 27 year-old female looking for another female roommate to live with me in this beautiful suite starting May 1st! I work regular week day hours and like to be clean and tidy and would rather read a good book than host a giant party. I'm friendly and very considerate and easy-going. The bedroom available is a nice-sized unfurnished bedroom with a sliding glass door to the balcony. Includes your own bathroom and shower; as my bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is a little bigger I've decided to pay $50 more in rent. It has a large living room with an electric fireplace, a large kitchen including a dishwasher and oven, and a wrap-around balcony with a sliver of ocean view. :) Rent includes all utilities: heat, hydro, cable, phone and internet. Includes a parking space, shared laundry and extra storage space. The backyard goes directly into Mt. Doug Park (which makes it fantastic for hikes), the ocean is across the street and only a few minutes away by foot, and the bus stop which goes to Camosun/UVic is directly in front of the driveway. There is also a bike lane along our street going to the Royal Oak Exchange. The landlord is great and works on site. The neighbors are not loud and the neighborhood is very safe. It is also only a few minutes away from Broadmead village which includes Thrifty's, the Royal Bank, TD Bank, Sabhai Thai, Pharmasave, Starbucks, Canadian Tire and other stores. Unfortunately no pets, though I love them dearly. :)
