The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings and beautiful brick detailing around the fireplace. The fireplace will not be available for tenant use. The back door leads to a private patio facing the backyard. Both bedrooms are sizable. The master includes 2 closets and the attached bathroom has a long vanity, built-in linen closet, and standing shower. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The basement includes plenty of space for storage. No pets allowed. There is one parking space in the driveway and one space in the attached 1-car garage. Lawn care and snow removal are included in rent. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Gas, electric, and internet must be placed directly in tenant's names. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is charged to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $60 per tenant per quarter. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants).
