This home is situated on a corner lot, and offers off street parking and a cute front porch for sitting out and enjoying a brisk morning cup of coffee. A few of our rental requirements are: no evictions or criminal convictions in the past five years and that the household makes at least three times the monthly rent. There is a $30 application fee per adult occupant. Limit occupancy to two people per bedroom. Ask us about our pet policy, some restrictions apply.
