The first month’s rent and refundable security deposit are due at signing. $1850.00 a month rent, with water and sewer included. Other utility costs are paid by the tenant. No smoking $1850.00 security deposit $55 credit check fee for each applicable tenant over 18. Small dog or cat deposit $500 Proof of gross income 3 times the monthly rent.
