About the house: - 2 floors - Plenty of street parking - Backyard with grill and smoker - Hardwood floors - Washer and Dryer in unit - New appliances - Great neighborhood 2 blocks from Wash Park About your roommates: There are three of us right now: Mike, Alexis and Emilia. We are 23-26 year old young professionals looking for someone we will all get along with. We like to go out on weekends, but keep it fairly chill during the week since we all have to be up early for work. In the summer we all enjoy cookouts and fun park days, so we hope you do too. We also go up to the mountains a fair amount. We have 2 dogs a 1 year-old Boxador named Milo and a 6 year-old large breed mix named Bo, so unfortunately no more pets will be allowed but you must love dogs. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with Mike. He keeps your shared areas clean, so we want to make sure you will do the same. We are a pretty fun and chill group that is easy to get a long with, so if you think you will fit well with us and would like to see the place let us know! About you: We are looking for a fun, mature, respectful young professional (preferably a guy) that is easy to get a long with. You must love dogs! We are all fairly clean and want to ensure we find a roommate with the same expectations of our living space. If you are interested please reply to the listing and tell us about yourself.
