Located in quiet, walkable neigborhood, close to parks, walking trails, restaurants, grocery stores as well as elementary school (Meadowlark) and middle school (Chief Joseph). Home has a fenced in yard, and plenty of on street parking. Home is about 20 minutes from Bridger Bowl ski area and 8 minutes from downtown Bozeman. There is a large garage on the backside of the property that has a 1 bedroom apartment above it. It is completely separate from the main house and fenced off. The owner will be living in this unit. Owner is willing to share space in garage as well if needed for parking and/or storage. Our ideal lease would be 12 months but we are open to longer leases as well depending on the situation.
