Gorgeous creekside living with porches overlooking Oak Creek and a path to the water - a magical location, right on (a bit above) the creek. About a mile north of Indian Gardens, minutes from Uptown and Grasshopper Point to the south, and West Fork to the north. Beautiful scenic views from both LR and MBR, with kitchen connected in open style to the LR. This mix of 1995 mobile home and normal construction is 1050 sq ft, with 2BA, 2BR (one with its own private entry and bath), plus office, and a laundry and utility room. Carport parking for one vehicle- a smaller vehicle will fit in a second parking space. No pets- or possible a small dog.) No smoking. House is in a small (19 units) lovely mobile home co-op/community. Park rules allow a MAXIMUM of TWO full-time occupants per dwelling, at least ONE of whom MUST BE OVER 55. (Guests are permitted.) Rental period is a minimum of one year and can be extended. Available now as a semi-furnished or unfurnished long-term rental. 2300/month, including internet, water, sewer and garbage which are provided by the park (and cost the owner $250/month).
