You are a short walk to schools (Helix High School, LMACC, La Mesa Dale Elementary), parks and local highlights (Highwood Park & La Mesa Secret Stairs) and bus lines. Just a short drive gets you into La Mesa Village for some excellent restaurants, boutiques, a trolley stop and holiday events (Oktoberfest, Christmas in the Village, and Summer car shows). Easy freeway access. Our available unit is located on the second floor of the front building. Its a bright end unit with large dual paned windows that filter in plenty of natural light and allow for energy efficiency in all weather. The unit features carpeted bedrooms, large bedroom closets with an additional linen and coat closet in the hall. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, fridge and has space for small table & chairs for dine-in convenience. Each room has a ceiling fan for added comfort. This complex offers on-site laundry and off-street assigned parking. The courtyard area has some nice shade trees to help cool those long summer days.
