The association requires a minimum rental of 3 months. Very nicely appointed 3BR/2BA Single Family Pool home in the gated community of Venetia, close to Venice and Englewood beaches. This home offers open living areas for easy entertaining. Multiple sets of French doors open from the living area to the fully caged pool/hot tub area for the perfect indoor/outdoor transition. The community of Venetia is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and recreational activities. Within the community you will be able to enjoy scheduled activities in the large clubhouse offering a kitchen and dining area, large pool, hot tub, and basketball, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard and tennis courts. Also close to the newly developed Wellen Park with a community atmosphere offering music and other activities. And, Cool Today Park, home of the Atlanta Braves Spring Training offers additional activities for the family. All rental rates listed are base rental rates. Additional charges include state/county sales/tourism tax (currently 13%), reservation deposit (included in total), rental processing fee of $75.00, a cleaning fee at the end of lease (varies by property) and utilities above monthly cap allowances. Basic cable, satellite or streaming service provided (internet included). Homeowners’ association fees, if applicable, vary by association. An initial deposit of 25% is due with signed lease. An additional 25% of total is due 4 months (120 days) prior to the move-in date and the final 50% is due 2 months (60 days) prior to the move-in date. If the move-in date is less than 60 days, all monies will be due with a signed lease agreement.
