Steps from Millikin campus and has a great layout of living space with Hardwood floors, large eat in kitchen with a breakfast nook and spacious living room. A one car attached garage makes life easier, and extra storage living space in the basement. Pet friendly must have pet papers when submitting application. Utilities Not included, $200 water deposit and $35 monthly garbage fee. We do require an approved application in our office before we show properties. There is an application fee of $50 for each individual over 18. Your credit score must be 500 or above. Your application will be denied if you had a felony or a misdemeanor in the last 5 years or an eviction in the past 10 years.
