Downstairs there is a washer, dryer, kitchen, family room with fireplace and cozy parlor. Vaulted ceilings and copious windows give the space plenty of light and a sense of openness. There is a spacious backyard with a grill, a garden and ample shade on warm days. Utilities (Roseville Electric) and costs of cleaning supplies are evenly split among roommates. Safe and quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Close to highways 65 and 80. Within less than 15 minutes of local Sutter and Kaiser hospitals. Parks and trails, Nugget Market, Safeway, 24 hour fitness, and La Provence restaurant are in the neighborhood. Also close to TopGolf, the Galleria Mall, The Fountains, Movie Theaters, William Jessup, and Sierra College. Further out are Apple Hill (50 minute drive) Lake Tahoe (1 hour drive), San Francisco/Bay Area (2 hour drive) , Napa Valley (1 hour drive), Local wineries (within hour drive), Old Town/Downtown Sacramento (30 minutes), and Folsom Lake (20 minutes) Home is clean, orderly, and friendly.
