The washer and dryer will remain for tenant use but will not be repaired or replaced by the owner. Kitchen appliances include the electric range, new refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The two bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the office are located on the other side of the living room from the kitchen. The master bedroom suite offers a nice wooded view and includes an en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, stall shower, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom and the office have access to the full hall bathroom that includes a bathtub/shower. The office has wood paneled walls and a built-in desk with shelving. Amenities at Crowfields include community garden plots, convenient parking, a heated outdoor pool open from May to October, and a well-equipped clubhouse. At least one occupant must be 55 or older; no occupants younger than 18 will be permitted. Occupants must be approved by the Crowfields Condominium Association Board of Directors. Parking for two cars, only - restrictions on type of vehicle will apply. Central heat (natural gas) and central air conditioning (electric). Water included; tenants responsible for all other utilities. The unfinished basement is available to tenants and has exterior access, only. Absolutely no pets. No smoking. No cosigners.
