Close to many great restaurants and shopping on Lindbergh, with South County Mall within walking distance! Separate on-site laundry for each unit (option to provide your own machines, or rent ours), and lots of storage space, carpet flooring throughout. Pet-friendly. 1 month security deposit. Our application requires all applicants be 21+, a background check, credit check, and we require you to make 3 times the rent in gross monthly income.
