Electric heating and air conditioning to keep costs low. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, water/sewer, and garbage service. Tenant is also responsible for yard care. Off-street parking provided. Smoking is permitted outside of house, but NOT underneath front porch cover. Please feel free to drive by and take a look at the property. We leave the blinds open and lights on, so you can go ahead and take a look in the windows. If you are interested in viewing the inside of the home, send us an email or give us a call at the office and we would be happy to let you know when this property will be available for you to check out a key. Key check outs are available between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. We require a valid ID, and a $50.00 cash only deposit upon checkout. We do not provide change.
