Proof of tenant insurance, with Backus Properties listed as additional insured, is required prior to move in. Appliances: gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, trash compactor (owner will not maintain) washer/ dryer (electric) hookups in garage. Description: Beautifully one level home. Living room has wood burning fireplace insert. Kitchen has good storage and both an eating bar and eating area. Nice sized bedrooms. Fenced backyard with BBQ that uses either wood or briquets (gas non-functioning), front courtyard. Double car garage with one remote.
