The unit is available now! Utilities are a seperate charge of $90 that included water, trash, gas, wastewater discharge, and heat. Electricity and Wifi are separate and set up by the tenant. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit being $600 security deposit pending approval. The deposit is subject to change pending results of the background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent is $35/month with a $300 refundable pet deposit.
