I would recommend everyone to wait at least 6 months to a year before doing a review. I have officially been a tenant here for a year and 1 month exactly. It has honestly been YEARS since I have experienced the kind of hospitality from an apartment complex like I have here at Harrington. Starting with the front desk staff. The ladies here are super kind and GABBY?! that is my girl. When I was having noise issues with neighbors, she wasted no time at all on correcting the problem (she better not leave after I post this! lol) She made moving in her comfortable and I feel heard every time I have come across a problem. The complex also makes it a point to stay involved with their tenants. At least that is what I have experienced here. They have parties that start and end at a respectful time and there is always an event that they make sure you are aware of and enjoy! For you, your family and friends. Another big plus is the maintenance men here are so so kind and proficient! Every issue I have come across, they have wasted no time fixing. Even well into the late hours, they always have a positive attitude and extremely respectful! Besides the occasional noise from neighbors or someone trying to steal my parking spot. I absolutely love my decision to live here!

Beautiful property well maintained friendly staff and very professional. I moved in with a 2 month free move in special in November 2024, I lost my job and was unable to find a new one due to the company I worked for went out of business due to the hurricane. They worked with me up until I was just unable to make up the back rent. Their kindness and willingness to work with me allowed me to stay in the apartment until March without cost. I have to move because the time is up. Thank you for being so understanding and I will forever appreciate the people and this place. I would highly recommend this property.
