Washington Park-adjacent one bedroom apartment with is available for rent immediately. This unit has a new LVP floor in the kitchen and access to an outdoor common area. The home includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, shared backyard and front porch. It is located in the desirable and centrally located Whiteaker neighborhood near downtown and close to great restaurants, bars, entertainment, transit, bike paths and the Willamette River. __________________________________________________ Application Submission: We will begin accepting applications for this property at: 6/16/25 at 12 pm. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and additional pet rent of $25/month for each pet approved. Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Water/sewer and refuse service are included for a flat $65 monthly charge.
