This property is ideal for those that have a love for gardening, horticulture, permaculture and sustainability, as the home is surrounded by fruit trees and vines producing fruit. There is plenty of space for individual gardening plots. The rent is negotiable but it is currently renting for $900.00/month with partial PG& E payments . It would be desirable to find a tenant who can help around the house in a he garden. The rental is available to those that do not smoke, drink or do drugs. Prefer vegetarians and or vegans. No pets are allowed. Must have stable employment. Available 8/1/2025. Property in walking distance to East Bay Reginal Trails and parks.
