This clean 3 bedroom home is on east end within walking distance of the lake, and has a large 2 car attached garage on a nice sized lot. All rooms have ceiling fans, and an attic fan to cool the whole house quickly. Laundry area. Hardwood floors throughout Utilities are not included. There is a mandatory $25 monthly garbage fee. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE PROPERTY WITH SOMEONE WITH ACTUAL KEYS TO THE PROPERTY.
