This clean 3 bedroom home is on east end within walking distance of the lake, and has a large 2 car attached garage on a nice sized lot. All rooms have ceiling fans, and an attic fan to cool the whole house quickly. Laundry area. Hardwood floors throughout Utilities are not included. There is a mandatory $25 monthly garbage fee. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE PROPERTY WITH SOMEONE WITH ACTUAL KEYS TO THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE MANY SCAMMERS OUT THERE THAT WANT YOU TO SEND MONEY IN THE MAIL OR BY EXCHANGE THAT HAVE A SAD STORY TO GO ALONG WITH IT.
