Have verifiable income of at least $1,800 per month from any verifiable source. 3. No criminal problems which might adversely affect other tenants safety or property. 5. Quiet tenants only. (No parties, loud music, or late-night noise disturbing other tenants) 6. Two tenants maximum. (The place is only a one-bedroom and is not designed for more) 7. Pets: Cats only with extra deposit and pet rent **NO DOGS** 8. $1,050. to move in. This is $650. for your first month rent and 1st payment ($400.) of the $800 Security deposit.
