Our leasing process is entirely online. Recently built, zero-entry, ground-floor-only, two-bedroom, two-bath duplex unit with an attached single-car garage is now available for rent, located in El Dorado near K-254 & I-35. Rent is $1,150 per month with a $1,100 security deposit. The deposit is due at lease signing and rent is due at move-in. A minimum one-year lease is required. The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $3,450. This zero-entry ground-floor-only duplex unit has concrete flooring throughout. Open concept with combined living, dining and kitchen areas with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. A full bathroom is located off the hallway. The main bedroom includes a full en-suite bathroom and a side door that opens to a privacy-fenced concrete patio. There is a separate laundry room with hookups available for a washer and dryer. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service. Lawn care is provided. No smoking is permitted. This unit is and we do not accept third-party financial assistance payments. There is a $45 application fee per person age 18 or older. Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300. For safety and insurance reasons, the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Canary Dogs, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Huskies, Saint Bernards, Bull Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids or any mixes of these breeds.
