This is an average condition property. It is a large 2 bedroom 1 bath home on pier and beam, raised up about 2'. It is a paved driveway and it sits on a large lot where there are portions of the yard which are partially fenced. The yard is about 3/4 acre and you must maintain the lawn and you must pay for a garbage pickup. The master bedroom is very large with a nice view into the back yard; the second bedroom is average. Comes with a refrigerator and a backup; but neither appliance is guaranteed (if you break it, you buy a new one). Wall units throughout. Laundry hookup but no dryer hookup. Quiet Huffman street in a neighborhood with no deed restrictions. Minimum 2 year lease. The basic deposit is $1000; but I do a thorough background check. If there is a broken lease or eviction in your past, I double the deposit (for each one). For each obligation you have taken on and chosen not to pay, I add another $150 to the deposit. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease as per the contract terms. Dog deposit $400-500 each Cat deposit $300 each
