The apartment is on the main floor with a walk out porch off living area. Amenities include: kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and storage locker in basement, and parking (extra fee). Located one minute from Hartman’s and Bank street, and close to restaurants/bars on Somerset and Elgin, with easy access to buses which are a 20 minute ride to both Carleton and UOttawa. $500/ month + Hydro and Internet. Parking extra. First and last month rent required on a 1 year lease starting August 1st. Also the building is non-smoking and no dogs allowed just to give you a heads up!
