I love it here at the willow , this is my first apartment and I have no complaints. Quiet Community & a great maintenance crew .My move in experience was quick and easy . I was able to call and ask anything I needed to know . April helped me out tremendously , she made me feel so much better about moving into my first apartment. Any time I call she’s able to get whatever I need done in a matter of seconds !!!

I currently live at these apartments. I have purposely waited to write this review to see how the experience was. I’ve lived here a little over 6 months. In that time I can honestly say that the experience has been even better than I expected. I’ve really enjoyed living here. Everyone is really kind. My neighbors are great . The office staff are extremely helpful and amazing. Every time I go in the office, I’m greeted with a smile and a hello. They’re always happy to help and have always resolved my issues. Never once have I had to wait for them to acknowledge that I’m waiting for their help. All of them do their job very well and care about why they do. The maintenance department is also very thorough and great at what they do. Any work orders I have personally put in have been promptly taken care of, the issues have always been resolved and fixed. They are very friendly, respectful, and responsive. One thing I really appreciate also is that maintenance will always check to make sure you are OK with them entering the apartment before they come to fix anything. There is a place on the work order form that you fill out that asks if they can enter your apartment and if you do Check no they will call you to either set up a time or get your permission before entering. The grounds of the apartment are also always taken care of. They come weekly and do a great job as well. ….. I literally have nothing bad to say about these Apartments . I would definitely recommend these Apartments as a great and affordable place to live. I will admit I was hesitant when I first moved in here. I didn’t know if it was going to be a good experience, but I can honestly say that living here has been wonderful. If you’re thinking about moving here. Definitely consider it as an option.
