Proof of Income Please upload proof of income from every person contributing to the household income. Proof of income can be provided in the form of (one or the other, not all): - Copies of your paycheck stubs – last 2-3 most recent stubs - Copies of your bank statement – one month, most recent statement - Copies of your tax returns/documents – last year’s returns Please provide the required documents to verify your income.
