Washer and dryer hookups are available in the unit. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, along with lawn care, snow removal, and trash services. Pets may be considered with an additional $50 monthly pet fee and deposit. Size, breed, and quantity restrictions apply. To schedule a showing or for more information, please call 715-514-5440 for a pre-screening. All adults are required to provide their full name and DOB.
