We are renting 3 bedrooms in our 4-bedroom home. This is the backroom of the house and is the final room we are renting. All utilities (internet, water, trash, and gas) are included in the rental price except electricity- each renter will be responsible for 20% of the electric bill (this is typically $25–65 per month).The room has a futon, mini-fridge, and wardrobe dresser (which can be removed if you have your own furniture). We also have a washer/dryer stacker unit in the house, which renters can use for free- we just ask that you use your own laundry detergent. Important to note: The room’s entrance is located at the backyard, and to reach the bathroom area, you will need to pass through the backyard as well. The room will be available on 9/15/25. The bathroom will be used by you and two other renters. This rental is for one person only, and no overnight guests are allowed. We are a few blocks away from the Galleria Mall and only minutes from Little Company of Mary and Torrance Memorial. This will be a monthly lease. We plan to rent the room for at least 1–2 years. The security deposit is $500. Background and credit checks will be required as part of the application process. Applicants must provide consent and complete a separate disclosure form in compliance with California law (ICRAA). Please be prepared to authorize consumer reports and provide necessary information for tenant screening. A written disclosure and consent form will be provided before processing your application.
