The lease would go through June 30, 2027. The front yard is sizable and includes a porch off of the front door. The backyard is also large, fully fenced, and includes a non-finished shed. There is a detached 1-car garage (no electronic opener) that is currently carpeted, but can fit a car for parking or be used for non-parking (it has an AC and heat unit). The driveway was re-done 2 years ago. The interior has new carpet and ample natural lighting. Through the front door you'll find the living room, which boasts large windows. The kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, over-the-stove microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and plenty of countertop space. Through the kitchen you'll find the washer and dryer as well as several cabinets for storage. Both bedrooms are carpeted with closet hanging and shelf space. The bathroom has a long mirror with counter space on either side of the sink, as well as storage in the vanity. Tenants are responsible for all utilities plus lawn care and snow removal.
