This lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath property in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Cottonwood has beautiful, expansive views to the west, of the Mingus Mountains, and to the north, of the Sedona red rocks. The kitchen features dark cabinetry, an island with storage, as well as a refrigerator, gas stove/oven, and microwave and plenty of counter space to create great meals. The laundry room with full-size washer & dryer is adjacent to that, with a door to the backyard. The living room has vaulted ceilings with windows almost floor to ceiling to let in lots of natural light. The dining room is large enough for a large dining set, with a modern chandelier above. Cottonwood has a great climate with four full seasons but very little, if any, snow in the winter.
