It also includes a renovated kitchen, vinyl floors, dual pane windows, roman shades, fans, heat, Smart TV, Magic Bullet blender, security and access to a washer/dryer. Beach supplies include a cooler, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. General house cleaning once a month is included in rent! The bedroom has a comfortable Revive Series 6 queen size bed and upgraded amenities. The space has high speed wi-fi and a dedicated workspace if needed. There is also a cute outdoor patio space to relax, take in the fresh ocean air, and soak up some San Diego sunshine! We are less than a mile from the ocean and within walking distance to everything Pacific Beach and Crown Point has to offer. This includes cute coffee shops, amazing restaurants, bars, beach rental shops, and so on. We are also very conveniently located to many amazing attractions in San Diego (see list below for proximities). Attractions near You: *Sea World is 2.4 miles away *Sunset Cliffs is 5.5 miles away *Belmont Park/Mission Beach is 2.6 miles away *Seaport Village/Petco Park (Padres) is 9 and 10 miles away respectively *Balboa Park (San Diego Zoo and Museums) is 8.2 miles away *San Diego Airport is 6.3 miles away Please note that occasionally two small dogs enter through the shared yard.
