Enjoy all Kenosha has to offer with entertainment, banking, churches, parks, shopping, medical facilities, schools, and libraries. Minimum Qualifications: 600+ credit score and no previous evictions. All adults are required to complete an individual application. Requirements: *Housing Vouchers are welcomed* All tenants must pay the entirety of the 1st full month's rent and the security deposit with certified funds ONLY upon moving in - $2,200/month rent, $1,800 security deposit required. Tenants must provide valid I.D. and verify the last 4 digits of their social security number. Pictures of your current unit are required and will be asked for upon transfer.
