Welcome to 401 Tacoa Ave! This property is literally steps from the golf course on a dead end street which means not a lot of traffic! Did you see the size of the back yard? It is fenced for privacy and has space for all kinds of outdoor activities. Once you step in the front door, you're welcomed by a very large living room with the master suite attached. Stepping into the kitchen, you're welcomed by gorgeous stainless steel appliances and more counter space than you could ever imagine! There is also a large eat-in area with great natural light from the double doors which take you to the oasis of a back yard. There is a utility closet as well as washer/dryer hook ups off of the kitchen. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, and internet.) Dogs considered on a case by case basis, if approved there is a $300 non refundable pet fee and $25/month pet rent. Applicaiton fee is $39 per applicant over 18. Credit and background checks will be performed. Requirements: No felonies, bankruptcies, repossessions or evictions in the last 5 years. No landlord or utility collections. Must make 2.5x the rent in average income. Landlord and employment verification will be performed.
