AVAILABLE 11/01/2018 My boyfriend and I currently live in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Back Bay Tower with our dog (65lb friendly chocolate lab). He travels to Boston Mon-fri so is only around on weekends. I currently work as a water resource engineer and part-time grad student. We have a furnished bedroom with own bathroom, we are looking to rent. The room is private and has a queen bed, dresser, closet and TV. You will have your own bathroom (not an en-suite but just outside the bedroom door). The kitchen, living room, and balcony are shared. The building has a gym, pool, sauna, and community laundry, large patio with BBQ grills, lawn furniture, and raised beds. The unit faces Northwest with views of Mt. Washington and the white mountains, and has amazing sunset views right from our very own balcony! There is a roomba in the apartment to clean the floors daily and we also have a cleaning service in the apartment twice a month so we ask you allow access to your room during that time. Flexible Lease Length: November 2018- April 2019 with potential option to renew with us when lease is up. Amenities: Heat/A.C.
