There is also a bonus room, a full bath, and lots of storage. The walk-out lower level has the three bedrooms, 3/4 bath, and laundry. Enjoy the outdoor space with your large deck and backyard koi pond! This unit is connected to a commercial building. Bring your pets! Cats and dogs welcome. Two small pets allowed or one medium-sized dog. Pet fees and breed restrictions will apply. Tenants are only responsible for a monthly $12 administrative fee. The owner takes care of heat, gas, electricity, lawn care and snow removal! Plenty of off-street parking. Sorry, no garage. Here are our application selection criteria for your review: 1. Preferred credit score of 600 or higher with no past due or collections (family co-signers welcome with a 700+ score) 2. Positive landlord references for the last 3 years: no evictions, UDs, or judgments 3. Clean criminal history - no felonies 4.
