Conveniently located near schools, parks, dining, and local amenities. Gas is required for range, heat and water heater. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee per pet. Self-touring is available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM. A 600 Credit Score is Required. ** There is a $150.00 admin fee charged to new tenants. **All applications are processed first come, first serve.
