About 3924 Onyx Pl
Hi! My name is Lauren and I'm the property manager here at Onyx! I have lived here for the past 2 years and have LOVED every minute of it. I was very sad when I realized I would have to move (I'm starting a new chapter of my life and needed a new location), but now it is my job to find amazing new people who will enjoy living here as much as I did! The house is shared with 6 other roommates, and although that may seem like a lot, there is plenty of private space (each occupant has his/her own room, and there are 3 full bathrooms). The roommates I have shared this place with in the past have become lifelong friends, and although some of them are also moving on, some are staying put and are looking forward to welcoming new people to their home/Onyx family. The new people we are finding are also incredible and eager to make new friends as well. The landlords are extremely kind and I will also be readily available to answer any questions and help with any issues when you move in! The house is only a couple minutes (6 walking, 4 on a longboard, 3 on a bike) from campus, and is also extremely close to bus stops, restaurants, Tuscany Village and University Heights shopping centres, and grocery stores. Each room is furnished as are the common areas. All utilities, hydro, internet, cable and laundry are included!
