Turley Cove Apartments is a fairly new development that includes four 4-plexes, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, close to State Street and Geneva Road. The 4-plexes are surrounded by grass, and nicely landscaped with young trees. (photos are of a typical apartment.) It's a lower unit. It has lots of kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are tile floors in both kitchen and bath. The 3 bedrooms have large, custom-built closets, with extra shelving. The bath has 2 parts. In the outer bathroom is the vanity with 2 sinks, floor-to-ceiling linen closet, and large cabinets above the W/D hook-ups. The inner bath has the toilet and tub/shower with ceiling-height tile surround, and an extra door into the master bedroom. The apartment is pre-wired for cable TV and/or internet.
