We are looking for one new roommate in our newly remodeled home. The room is located in the basement that has a separate entrance and a newly remodeled bathroom that will be shared between the 2 rooms in the basement. Lots of light in all of the rooms and only a four minute drive to Weber State University. Everything is new in the rooms. There is a huge back yard with a patio area, waiting to be landscaped in the spring. Perfect for weekend barbecues. We are looking for you to move in before or by March First. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking. The neighbors are friendly and so are we. We are a LGBTQ+ Couple. My Husband is a flight attendant who travels often and I am in the Air Force. The other roommate in the basement has been here a year and he is great. We are a quiet couple and my job requires a lot of studying. We are new to Utah and enjoy Traveling when we can. We are both English speakers but my husband is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. I speak a little Mandarin and Japanese. We both love learning new things and hope you do too! An Ideal roommate would be someone who is tidy and knows how to clean up after themselves. We respect all people and would expect you to be the same kind of person. Light Drinkers are fine, but absolutely no drugs or smoking. This is a 100% requirement for us. We are kind of quiet and hope you can keep volumes at a respectable level. Each room is for one person only. Sorry no pets either (I am allergic). The room is $750 Per Month plus 1/4 of the utilities and would require one month deposit. Ideally the lease would be for a year but that is negotiable. All potential roommates would require a credit/ reference check.
