Property Id: 2623940 Fully furnished Airbnb conversion to a long term rental. It has everything a traveling professional would need including dishes, towels, blankets, pots-n-pans, etc. The space is newly remodeled, brand new appliances, private basement apartment in a quiet house and neighborhood. With your own private entrance and patio from the backyard. Two rooms each with one queen bed, one T.V. and two keys for each bedroom door for a little extra privacy. Utilities are split with the upstairs tenants who are a nice young couple. I can include them in the rent for $175 additional monthly (which is the rough average). Parking is on one side of the driveway as the upstairs tenants have access to the garage. Deposit would be two months rent given it's fully furnished. Approved credit report, income verification and housing references are required. Having been recently burnt by a verbal commitment, I will not take the space off the market until a lease is signed and rent/deposit is paid. I can be flexible as I am the owner, but need to feel comfortable that rent is going to get paid. Please let me know of any questions. Look forward to meeting you!
