The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, as well as a wash room with a washing machine included and a sink. Qualifications: Gross income of 3 times the rent with a preferred credit score of 565 or higher. No prior evictions history is acceptable. Criminal history is looked at on a case-by-case basis.
