Qualifications: Gross income of 3 times the rent with a preferred credit score of 565 or higher. No prior evictions history is acceptable. Criminal history is looked at on a case-by-case basis. Applications are $ per adult 1st month’s rent and administration fee of $199 with a 1% monthly processing fee are due at lease signing.
