Gorgeous 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom home located in the highly desirable gated community of Bellalago. This resort-style waterfront community features pools/spas, gyms, fields (basketball, tennis, soccer) boat ramp, pier and restaurant. There is also miles of walking and biking trails. Lake life is real here too with direct access to Lake Toho via a community boat ramp. Live in a home with plenty of amenities from your cable, water irrigation and recreational activities all included in your rent. Community is located near shopping center, gas station and Disney. Owner pays for Amenity Center Fee, Cable and Water Irrigation Sysytem (exterior water). Tenants are responsible for Internet, Light, Water and Lawn Maintenace (cutting the grass and maintaining the exterior landscape). Deposit and first month's rent is due at signing of lease. No smoking is allowed and only small dogs under 20 LBS are allowed (max of two dogs only)
