I have been living here for a year, and I would recommend it to anyone searching for an apartment near east campus. I have a 10 minute walk to class everyday, and the rent is much more affordable compared to other nearby locations.

We stayed in Ashley Square Apartments for one year. It was really a good experience for me and my family. Our unit was very clean and well maintained. The maintenance team was working really hard, they took care of the issues about the unit appropriately. Sharon was a very good landlord and very nice person and was always interested in property related issues and did her best to solve things.
