Our spacious and open concept 1 & 2 Bedrooms offer a range of floorplan choices and amenitites. Select from options including scenic river views, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Each home comes standard with full size W/D units and air conditioning. Our community has a beatitful walking path, 24 hour fitness center, fenced in dog park, pool and BBQ patio.

While we needed a 3rd bedroom and had to move out, our 3 years at Heritage were great. Haley was always a pleasure to work with, as were all of the maintenance staff. I always felt super safe in the area. The trail out back was nice to have, too. I'd definitely live here again if the need arose. Pricey rent, but what's not pricey these days?

I've been living here for about 9 months, and overall I love it. I live on the ground floor (2 digit room numbers) and bugs have not been a problem. The way the building are designed, you don't have people living on all sides of you. The bedrooms and bathrooms share a wall, but the living room/kitchen area shares a wall with the hallway. I haven't had any noise issues while being here. The staff are extremely friendly (and not just before move in), when I call with a question or to stop by for my packages they are always professional. The perk of being on the ground floor is I rarely need to use my A/C, but the winter my electric and gas bill is over $100 each (it's gas heat but they have an electric heater in the water heater room). Only con is how expensive it is to live here...
