Property Id: 916247 Travelers and contract workers welcome. Looking for college educated professionals only. One furnished room for one individual to rent in a three bedroom in downtown concord. Easy walk to downtown, easy access to 93 and 89. Another room is rented and I stay in the other occasionally. I travel for a living and have a home elsewhere so I'm rarely there. You can use the whole house and there are two living rooms. Washer and dryer in the basement. Cable and internet. 1 car of street parking. Bicycles available if the 7 minute walk to downtown bars and restaurants is just too far for you. Nice backyard to sit out in on a nice day or evening. Looking for a responsible professional who is neat, tidy, and cleans up after themselves, picks up consumables, recycles and compost properly, etc..
