The kitchen is equipped with black appliances including a smooth top stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer are included in the unit as is. The unit is located on the third floor. Building is not equipped with an elevator and does require use of stairs. Broadway Station is beautifully landscaped and amenities include a large outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and gas grills. Rent is $1,095.00 per month and includes water, sewer, grounds maintenance, and waste receptacle on site. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Security deposit of $1,095.00 and renters insurance are required. This unit is pet friendly for a maximum of one small pet, cat or dog, weighing less than 35 lbs. Breed restrictions apply.
