The pier also has a boat lift and a covered area at the end for shade and relaxing in the breeze. The home has all appliances newer, fridge, dishwasher, built in microwave, range oven with airfryer, large laundry room with washer and dryer provided, king bed in master and a queen bed in the other 2 rooms. The living has a large sectional with 3 electric recliners, and a 75 inch TV. Bar area has 4 bar stool and the dining has a bar hight table for optimal views of the water outside. The kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans utensils, dishes etc. The master has a large bath with walk in shower and a wall mounted 75 inch led tv with sound system. This is for the upstairs main home area and 2 car garage. There is a downstairs rented unit that is not included. All downstairs outside areas are shared with the downstairs unit except the garage. All utilities are already provided with the utility/ common area fee. Included with the fee is electricity, water, sewage, trash, wifi, lawn and pool maintenance.
