The master bedroom, living room, and dining room have plenty of natural light with a beautiful view of the lake. The living room has a lovely fireplace with a mantle to hold all your family pictures and decor! The house also has a deck and a small private pier on the lake. Down the road there is a small public beach area on the same lake. You can enjoy the lake on your paddle boats, but motorized boats are not allowed. The requirements are: good credit, income must equal to 3 times the rental, good credit, clean background, no previous eviction. Before requesting any showings please send some informations about yourself and family, pet, income and credit histories, moving date.
