The apartment is a 2 story unit, we're on the second floor. It's a spacious 5 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment located in the Richmond/Sea Cliff area. It has hardwood floors, is clean, well maintained, and nicely furnished. The room is spacious there is a built in cabinet so you can store your items/clothes. You'll also have extra closet space, which is in the hallway. The available room is large and spacious and gets tons of sunlight. There is also ample street parking. Our neighborhood has tons of great restaurants, we're right next to a small theater, Baker Beach, and Laundry mats. Your potential Roommates: We're all in our early to late 20's a mix between student and working professional. Most of the time we're out of the house but when we do get together we get along really well. Sometimes we'll hang out together grab lunch, or go out for drinks and sometimes we'll just stay to ourselves. What we are looking for: Someone who will pay the bills on time, is clean, easy to get along with, and respectful. Living Costs: 1-year lease, rent will be $1,010 a month and no security deposit. Utilities: PGE is about $25 a month and garbage is $35 every 3 months
