I MOVED IN MAY 2018, I HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THE APARTMENT SINCE. I HAVE HAD FREQUENT WATER DAMAGE ISSUES, TO THE FILTHY CARPET THAT THEY WANT REMOVE. THE KITCHEN FLOOR HAS BEEN FLOODED NUMEROUS OF TIMES. ALL THEY DO IS PUT A WORK ORDER AND DONT EVEN NOTIFY YOU IF THEY CAME TO HAVE FIXED PROBLEM. THEY WILL NOT SEEK A MORE PROFESSIONAL HELP TO GET ISSUES RESOLVED VERSUS THE "HANDYMAN" THEY HAVE. I RATE 0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
